I help people who wish they could feel more confident and manage their emotions in a healthier way, but fear what that change might bring.
Laid back. You might be able to briefly distract me by talking about a great show or something funny about your pet , but I’ll make sure we veer back on track. Counseling doesn’t have to be forever, so I’m going to call you out when I see you’re avoiding something. I strive to be honest and real, while also encouraging and supportive.
Here in Denton, I love supporting local restaurants. I also enjoy gardening, yoga, and baking; all of which help me continue to work on patience and satisfaction. Doing things “the right way” has been something I’ve had to work on, and I find value in helping others work on it too.
